Oracle OCCAS Developer
Location: Remote (Gainesville, VA)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle OCCAS Developer to support one of our largest enterprise OCCAS customers. This role requires deep hands-on expertise with the Oracle OCCAS technology stack, with a strong emphasis on OCCAS SIP Servlets. The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail oriented, and able to communicate clearly with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain applications using Oracle OCCAS (Oracle Communications Converged Application Server)
Develop and support SIP Servlets for real time communications applications
Work extensively with Java, Oracle WebLogic, and Oracle Coherence within the OCCAS environment
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize OCCAS based applications in production and non production environments
Collaborate with cross functional teams including engineering, operations, and customer stakeholders
Participate in requirements gathering, technical design discussions, and solution documentation
Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of OCCAS applications
Provide clear written and verbal communication when documenting solutions or discussing technical issues
Required Qualifications
Expert level experience with Oracle OCCAS, including SIP Servlets
Strong Java development background
Hands on experience with Oracle WebLogic and Oracle Coherence
Experience supporting large scale or enterprise OCCAS deployments
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting telecom or real time communications platforms
Familiarity with SIP signaling, call flows, and session management
Experience working directly with enterprise customers
