Job Details
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong foundation in AI/ML principles (e.g., model evaluation, feature engineering)
- Professional experience working with production AI/ML models
- Proven ability to create LLM-powered applications and features
- Proficient in writing and maintaining high-quality Python code used by others
- Demonstrated desire and ability to learn and apply new AI/ML techniques and technologies quickly
- Experience using AI-powered development tools to boost productivity and code quality
- Minimum 2 years software industry experience
- Bachelor s degree (4-year) or equivalent required
- End-to-end experience with the AI/ML lifecycle from ideation to deployment and maintenance at scale is a plus
- Exposure to multiple LLM models, tools, best practices, and emerging agent paradigms is a plus
- Team-minded: excellent communication, collaboration, and willingness to share knowledge
- Growth-oriented: open to feedback, new ideas, and continuous learning
