Job Details

Title: Project Manager (Level I)

Location: Southwestern and Northeastern United States (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$25.86-$36.95/Hrs

Description:
* Start as soon as possible with a hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days work from home.
* Work with business and control teams on Credit Assistance projects.
* Manage initiative submission, prioritization, and change management.
* Ensure agent readiness requirements are met.
* Identify, escalate, and debate risks in business activities.
* Work with technology, control, and business process initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with business and control teams on projects.
* Oversee initiative submissions and prioritizations.
* Manage change management processes.
* Ensure project completion using appropriate tools and methodologies.
* Support risk frameworks in business activities.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor s degree or 3 years of relevant experience in project management.
* Proficient in generic office software and collaboration tools.
* Strong planning and organizational skills.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
* Strong communication skills across all management levels.
* Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
