Job Title: Product Management/ Product Manager
Location:-Delaware or NJ (Jersey City)
Duration: Contract
- FinTech or Banking Domain OR SAAS Product Companies - Mandatory
- Experience in Payments Domain / ACH or Credit Card Domain

Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation and design to development, testing, and launch.
- Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support development planning.
- Maintain product roadmap and prioritized backlog aligned with product vision.
- Plan for upstream/downstream implications of new product features.
- Conduct user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform roadmap.
- Collaborate with tech leads and architects for enhancements/troubleshooting.
- Analyze and evaluate product metrics, KPIs, and analytics.
- Build cloud-based platforms, APIs, SaaS products in financial/banking firms.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Identify new opportunities reflecting customer needs and support UX research.

- Good PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Experience in Fintech or SaaS product companies.
- Project experience with Payments, Credit Cards, ACH.
- Experience in large organizations, exposure to project governance/reporting.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Work with Sr. Product Managers to create detailed requirements (epics, user stories).
- Collaborate with 1 2 scrum teams during development.
- Attend scrum ceremonies and resolve blockers.
- Interact with engineers and stakeholders daily.
- Drive development progress and deliver features on time.
Experience Required
- Advanced (8 12 years) in product management or related areas.
