Workday PSA Specialist / Architect

We re looking for an experienced Workday PSA Specialist / Architect with deep functional and technical expertise across the Professional Services Automation (PSA) suite. The ideal candidate has led global implementations, understands complex Order-to-Cash processes, and can bridge business needs with Workday s functional and integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

< data-start="874" data-end="923">1. Workday PSA Implementation Leadership</>

• Lead full lifecycle Workday PSA implementations from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support.

• Configure and optimize PSA functionalities across Project Management, Billing, Contracts, and Invoicing.

• Partner with global business teams to align Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows with Workday capabilities.

• Manage multi-country rollouts ensuring global compliance and localization.

• Deep understanding of O2C processes, including Accounts Receivable, Revenue Management, and Billing automation.

• Design and implement scalable O2C solutions integrated with Workday Financials and PSA.

• Configure and maintain integrations between Workday PSA, Expenses, Procurement, Time & Absence, and Core HR.

• Ensure seamless data governance and cross-module reporting.

• Troubleshoot integration issues and enhance data flow efficiency.

• Experience leading or supporting multi-region implementations in global professional services organizations.

• Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple geographies and time zones.

• Support change management and adoption strategies to drive system usage and value.

• Strong understanding of transaction tax configuration in Workday (VAT, GST, regional tax frameworks).

• Design and maintain compliant tax reporting structures within PSA.

• Build and optimize custom Workday reports and dashboards for PSA and O2C processes.

• Automate report delivery and provide actionable insights to business teams.

• Develop and maintain Workday EIBs and third-party integrations (payroll, CRM, financial platforms).

• Ensure data quality, validation, and reconciliation across all interfaces.

Required Qualifications

• 12 plus years of overall experience with at least 3-5 years in Workday PSA.

• Proven track record of end-to-end PSA implementations in global professional services environments.

• Strong hands-on skills in configuration, integration, and reporting.

• Expertise in Order-to-Cash, Tax setup, and Financial processes.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Experience in Media, Advertising, or Consulting industries.

• Workday Certifications (PSA, Financials, Reporting, Integrations).

• Familiarity with global tax compliance frameworks.
