Job Details

Title: Scrum Master/ Agile Coach Location: Remote (Canada) Employment Type: Contract


We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead multiple Agile teams within our Enterprise Architecture division. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile and Scrum expertise, a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, and the ability to coach cross-functional teams toward delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead multiple Agile teams through end-to-end planning and execution of projects.
Coach and mentor teams on Agile, Scrum, and Lean best practices.
Facilitate key ceremonies sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and backlog grooming.
Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize product backlogs.
Identify and remove impediments, track team progress, and manage risks.
Develop and maintain Agile metrics (e.g., burndown/burnup charts) using Jira.
Foster collaboration, transparency, and communication across onshore and offshore teams.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master (preferably in an enterprise environment).
5+ years of experience in Agile software delivery as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Developer.
Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile or Program Increment (PI) Planning.
Proficiency with Jira and Agile reporting tools.
Strong knowledge of Agile techniques (User Stories, CI/CD, TDD, Automated Testing).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, or ICAgile are highly preferred.
