Job Summary:

Responsible for providing storage infrastructure, which includes all aspects of Enterprise Storage Administration. Assist in software product installations, updates, and customizations for storage components and switch infrastructure. Diagnose, research and resolve storage issues using vendor resources and other support methods. Act as a technical advisor for system related activity and assist in the development / implementation of solutions for capacity and performance.

Business and Financial Acumen Understand the impact actions and decision have on the bottom line of the enterprise.

Understand drivers of profitability.
Use resources efficiently.
Demonstrate an understanding of how day-to-day activities impact CNP bottom line.
Proactively look for and implement ways to reduce or contain costs where appropriate.
