Job Title: OTC (Order-to-Cash) Architect
Location: Illinois, USA (Onsite/Hybrid preference for local candidates
Start Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the OTC architecture and solution design for S/4 HANA and legacy environments.

  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and define scalable, high-performance OTC solutions.

  • Architect end-to-end OTC processes including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, and Revenue Recognition.

  • Drive integration with MM, FI, SD, and 3rd-party systems (e.g., CRM, EDI, Tax Engines, B2B Platforms).

  • Provide technical leadership during blueprinting, implementation, testing, and deployment.

  • Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles, policies, and governance.

  • Perform impact analysis and solution validation for change requests and project enhancements.

  • Mentor functional consultants and developers across geographies.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience in SAP OTC processes with at least 3 full-cycle implementations as an OTC Architect.

  • Strong S/4 HANA hands-on experience especially in Sales and Distribution (SD), Credit Management, and Revenue Recognition.

  • Proven experience with complex business scenarios, global rollouts, and multi-country tax regulations.

  • Expertise in integration with 3rd party tools EDI, Vertex/Sabrix, Salesforce, etc.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP Best Practices and Activate methodology.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to lead workshops and present to C-level executives.
