Job Description:

This applicant will be responsible for configuring the cloud infrastructure, primarily for managing Macs using JAMF. This includes automating tasks using various scripting languages such as JAMF API, bash, Python, AppleScript, and Apple Automator for Macs and Graph API and PowerShell for Azure/Intune. The applicant will also be responsible for configuring mobile devices (iOS, Android, Chromebook) on Microsoft Intune and Azure.

Should have 10+ years of Engineering experience in 10+ years of experience designing and managing mobility services on any EMM platform, such as JAMF, Intune, Workspace One, including the last 5+ years in the latest macOS releases, with expertise in JAMF Onboarding, JAMF Setup Manager, including providing workflows on zero-touch enrollments.

* Troubleshoot complex issues with multiple mobile devices, including but not limited to: iPhones, iPads, Androids, and Macs
* Serve as a Technical Architect and point of contact for tier-3 support teams on issues related to the mobile device environment
* Enterprise Architecture Thinking: Understand how macOS fits in a mixed environment (Windows, Linux, etc.)
* Cross-functional Communication: Coordinate with InfoSec, networking, support teams, and procurement
* Automate email reporting of software installation and KPI statistics.
* Automating app deployment, compliance checks, and patching workflows
* Must Develop: Reusable and modular script libraries tailored for macOS behavior
* Deep knowledge of macOS internals, updates, file systems, and kernel extensions
* Integrating with SSO, Azure AD, Kerberos SSO, and SCEP certificates
* Bachelor's degree in science, Math, or Engineering
* Experience analyzing network captures using Wireshark or similar tools
* JAMF Certified level 400 or 300/370
