Title: IT Project Coordinator/ Administrative Assistance
Location: New Jersey (Can work Remotely)
Mode: Fulltime Position
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to help with an IT Program. The ideal candidate is detail oriented with a knack for communication and collaboration. The Project Coordinator is a highly collaborative person, working closely with IT and Business stakeholders of the Program.
Job Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a project coordinator on IT projects.
- Expert level experience of using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Be able to create Pivot tables and graphs in Excel.
- Clear understanding of project management best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have strong organizational skills, be very detail-oriented, and mission-accomplish focused.
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the project team to support the coordination and execution of cross-departmental projects.
- Help support IT and Business teams to ensure all tasks are staying on track. This includes managing, completing to-do lists and supporting with outstanding details to meet deadlines.
- Collect status reports from Project Managers and prepare a consolidated status report.
- Multi-tasking and being detail-oriented is critical in managing multiple moving parts of the fast-paced project teams and processes.
- Responsible for all file management and ensuring that the team is uploading assets, dashboard information and critical files.
- Track vendor invoices and payments.
- Perform additional duties and ad-hoc projects as required.
- Creates, coordinates, and maintains project timelines and schedules.
- Communicates project schedule, requirements, and status to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Responsible for creating and sharing meeting agendas, as well as the distribution of follow-up notes and action items.
