Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Analyst in Industrial Engineering with a strong focus on Workforce Management (WFM). This individual will play a key role in driving efficiency within the organization by managing labor standards, troubleshooting scheduling system issues, and analyzing labor requirements to enhance overall operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills , a deep understanding of labor management, and a collaborative mindset to work across multiple teams

Key Responsibilities:

Team
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to other Senior Analysts within the team. Share best practices, help solve complex problems, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Scheduling/Demand
  • Assist with quarterly and annual data inputs into the internal scheduling system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with manager to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the scheduling system.

Labor
  • Develop, editing, and validation of labor standards for designated workstations. Ensure that labor standards are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with operational goals and objectives
  • Conduct in-depth labor analyses to assess the impact of process changes, operational shifts, or other initiatives. Use findings to recommend labor adjustments that enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate in the creation and delivery of presentations to leadership, highlighting key insights, analysis, and recommended actions regarding workforce management and operational improvements
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on labor standards.

Cross Functional Relations
  • Work collaboratively to ensure alignment across teams and effective execution of initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial engineering, workforce management, or labor optimization,
  • Experience with labor standards development
  • Experience in Motion and Time Studies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or retail industry, with a focus on pharmacy operations.
  • Proficiency in data visualization skills (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
  • MOST certified

Education
  • Bachelor's in industrial engineering, or related field

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
