Crew product owner associates co-create software products using Agile methods by representing the needs of the business and customers. Crew product owner associates collaborate with developers, user experience professionals, and data analysts to prioritize work and to assess outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the scrum process and ensure the teams follow scrum practices and principles, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Support the product owner in managing the product backlog, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring clear communication of requirements to the team, as well as coaching the team through agile processes while monitoring progress on projects to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required
Understanding of Agile Methodology
Clear communication skills verbally, via email, and online chat
Proficiency in Jira project management tool
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
Experience as a Scrum Master is mandatory
Knowledge of SAP projects
2+ years of experience
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
