Sr. Organizational Change Management Analyst
Summary
The Sr. OCM Analyst will lead the planning and execution of change management strategies for IT initiatives with an initial focus on a 3-year ERP business transformation program. This role will partner with stakeholders to assess change impacts, develop communication and training plans, and ensure smooth transitions across the organization. This analyst will foster employee engagement, minimize resistance, and promote a culture of adaptability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement OCM strategies, plans, and deliverables (e.g., impact assessments, readiness plans).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on change objectives and address concerns.
- Design and deliver communications and training to support ERP and other IT initiatives (Avante to Epicor kinetic).
- Establish change networks and support business readiness activities.
- Monitor change effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Facilitate leadership meetings and workshops to drive engagement and adoption.
This is a 6-month Contract-for-Hire onsite opportunity with our northern MN and TN-based client. 100% Paid employee Medical/Dental Benefits, Paid time off, Paid Holidays, and 401(k) (with immediately vested company match) available with TriCom during the contract period.
