Job Details

Our client, a leading telecommunications company located in Stamford, CT, is seeking a Sr. Pega Developer on a 6 month contract-to-hire basis. The Developer will work onsite daily, supporting the Credit Services and Collections group in leveraging data to optimize customer interactions and drive real-time, automated "next-best-action" decisioning while integrating with broader enterprise systems. This role will involve designing and developing Pega CDH-based BPM and CRM applications, translating business requirements into scalable Pega CDH solutions, collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and QA teams to ensure solution alignment, and assisting with code reviews and peer design sessions.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of Pega development experience
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
  • Strong experience with Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) for building enterprise applications (v6.x/v7.x preferred)

Preferred Skills:

  • Pega LSA certification (or equivalent advanced Pega credential)
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Python
  • Experience working in Agile environments
