Job Details
Job Description-
- Own the build, purchase, and/or deployment of manufacturing workstations and equipment ranging from initial manual benchtop stations to highly automated systems.
- You are responsible for designing and deploying your manufacturing lines. From concept to hand over to operations.
- The engineers will support equipment commissioning, validation and drive the hand over process to operations.
- the engineers will support manufacturing line design, RFPs, vendor engagement and equipment integration to the factory.
- The engineers will support equipment design, industrial studies and support purchasing equipment.
- The engineers will support equipment installation, working closely with the tool install team & facilities team.
- Partner with the product design team to drive Design For Manufacturing (DFM) considerations.
- Design and document robust processes/standard operating procedures capable of a high level of safety, uptime, and quality.
- Assist in the debug and resolution of time-sensitive issues with manufacturing equipment and processes as they arise.
- Train individuals on new manufacturing equipment and processes
- Work with a diversity of teams inside and outside the company to achieve overall manufacturing success.
- Experience on Factory layout.
