Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Applications Reporting Lead to define and lead the enterprise reporting and analytics strategy across Oracle Cloud modules including Finance, Procurement, and HR. This position will serve as the bridge between business leadership, IT, and the implementation partner ensuring reporting requirements are clearly defined, architected effectively, and delivered with high quality.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep background in OBIEE and Oracle Cloud reporting technologies (OTBI, BI Publisher, OAC), with the ability to guide the transition from on-premise Oracle BI to modern cloud analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting Architecture & Strategy
  • Architect and design the enterprise reporting framework using Oracle Cloud tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW).
  • Leverage OBIEE experience to rationalize and modernize legacy reporting solutions into Cloud-based analytics.
  • Define data governance, metadata management, and security models to support accurate and secure business reporting.
  • Establish reusable report templates, dashboards, and KPIs aligned to organizational performance metrics.
Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business leadership, IT, and the implementation partner for all reporting-related deliverables.
  • Conduct requirement workshops and design sessions with functional and technical teams.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications that can be implemented efficiently.
  • Present reporting strategy and key metrics to executive sponsors and steering committees.
Requirements Definition & Delivery
  • Gather, document, and validate reporting requirements across Finance, Procurement, HR, and Projects modules.
  • Oversee the end-to-end development, testing, and rollout of reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure integration and alignment between Oracle Cloud data models, OAC datasets, and enterprise data repositories.
  • Lead UAT and manage defect resolution and change control for reporting objects.
Leadership & Governance
  • Define reporting standards, governance policies, and lifecycle management processes.
  • Mentor internal teams on Oracle reporting tools, data model usage, and self-service analytics.
  • Establish cadence for status updates, risk reviews, and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive continuous improvement by aligning reporting outputs with evolving business priorities.

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle BI and Analytics, including OBIEE, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
  • At least 3+ years of experience implementing or leading reporting workstreams in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (Finance, Procurement, HR, or Projects).
  • Strong understanding of Oracle data models, subject areas, and underlying schema structures.
  • Demonstrated success architecting enterprise-level reporting strategies and solutions.
  • Proven experience engaging with senior business leadership and external implementation partners.
  • Expertise in translating complex business questions into actionable reporting solutions.
  • Experience migrating or integrating OBIEE reports to OTBI/OAC environments.
  • Familiarity with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), FAW (Fusion Analytics Warehouse), and data lake/warehouse environments.
  • Exposure to higher education, public sector, or large enterprise ERP transformation programs.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is desirable.
