Job Details

Sentinel is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our client s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and setting up laptops, as well as providing general help desk support. This individual should have a desire to grow their technical skills and be willing to go above and beyond standard help desk responsibilities. This is a full time role onsite in Clarendon Hills, IL.

Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in IT Support
  • Experience with Windows and Windows Server Operating System is required
  • Knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, upgrading and server operations is required
  • Proficient in Office 365 administration
  • Experience with installing, making changes and repairing computer hardware and software
  • Experience with audio visual equipment a plus but not required
  • Experience with security cameras and related NVR equipment a plus but not required
  • Familiar with administration and maintenance of Active Directory and Azure
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a can-do attitude

Compensation Range:

$30.00-$35.00 an hour
