Salesforce Developer

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience Cloud Development & Modernization
• Rebuild and modernize legacy Aura components (2018 era).
• Develop, test, and deploy custom Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Support the launch and ongoing enhancements of multiple Experience Cloud sites, including Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) implementations.
• Salesforce Engineering & Customization
• Design and implement custom solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud (Account Engagement), and CRM Analytics.
• Translate requirements from product owners into scalable, well-architected technical solutions.
• Deliver enhancements, new features, and complex workflows through custom Apex, LWC, and integrations.
• Agile Delivery
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
• Deliver custom engineering solutions in 2-week Agile sprints.
• Collaborate with QA engineers on test strategy, automation, and validation.
• DevOps & Release Management
• Utilize Copado for deployments, version control, and testing.
• Ensure quality through automated testing and monitoring using the Copado suite (Deployer, Robotic Testing, Explorer, Monitor, Connect, AI helper).
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and governance best practices.
• Integration & App Ecosystem
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications such as Concord, SurveyMonkey, Docebo, Blackthorn, Monday.com, Vicasso, Geopointe, Campaign Launcher, SMS Magic, OwnBackup, Salesforce Backup/Archive, and more.
• Troubleshoot and optimize complex data flows and connected apps.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Salesforce engineering/development experience.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud, including Aura component remediation and custom LWC development.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (Pardot/Account Engagement).
• Hands-on experience with Copado DevOps suite.
• Deep experience building custom Apex code, LWC, Flows, and integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills: ability to take lightweight or ambiguous requirements and convert them into technical solutions quickly.
• Proficiency with APIs, integrations, and connected apps.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to Salesforce Shield and Einstein AI (future-state adoption planned).
• Prior experience with CRM Analytics dashboards and data modeling.
• Familiarity with healthcare-related Salesforce implementations and data compliance.
• Previous experience modernizing large-scale Experience Cloud portals.
