SAP Accounts Receivable (AR) Business Process Analyst
12-Month Contract
$80/hr (All-Inclusive)
100% Remote 1 Week/Month Onsite Travel Required
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Accounts Receivable (AR) Business Process Analyst to support an ongoing SAP Record-to-Report (R2R/FICO) environment. This long-term contract runs through 2026 and involves both sustainment and new project work, including upcoming regional SAP deployments.
This role focuses on business process analysis, requirement gathering, prioritization of enhancements/defects, and acting as a liaison between business users and the SAP configuration team. This is not a configuration or developer position.

5+ years of experience with SAP Finance (FICO) from the business/user perspective
Strong expertise in SAP Accounts Receivable (AR)
Experience with at least one SAP AR implementation
Exceptional communication skills must be able to work confidently with business stakeholders at all levels
Key Responsibilities
Engage with finance/business users to understand current processes, issues, and enhancement needs
Gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements
Evaluate incoming tickets to determine whether they represent enhancements, defects, or ideas
Assess business value and determine priority for changes
Collaborate closely with the SAP configuration team, providing clear and complete requirements
Support testing activities (mocks, rehearsals, defect/enhancement testing)
Provide user training and process walkthroughs
Communicate updates to field and corporate business users
Work across both sustainment activities and new deployment projects
Help optimize and enhance existing AR-related business processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on business/user experience with SAP AR
Strong understanding of SAP R2R/FICO business processes
At least one full AR implementation experience
Ability to document and map business processes and serve as a liaison between users and technical teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Confident communicator who can challenge ideas, push back when needed, and recommend process improvements
Travel Requirement
Remote role with 1 week/month onsite travel (Mon Thu)
Initial travel may be required for onboarding and team meetings
