Pay Range:$47.49-$67.85/Hrs
Description
* Develop complex requirements and maintain applications to achieve business objectives.
* Design, code, test, debug, and document programs.
* Collaborate with business partners to define system application requirements.
* Provide insights and direction from a data perspective.
* Participate in the full development lifecycle of the capability being delivered.
* Set up and automate continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
* Ensure best practices and governance are followed in data sourcing and modeling.
Key Responsibilities
* Enhance, modify, and maintain applications in the Financial Crimes technology domain.
* Work with Production Support, Platform, and Business teams to handle technical aspects of the application.
* Promote and apply best practices and standards at project and program levels.
* Communicate effectively with managers, peers, and business partners on deliverables and timelines.
* Analyze present-state, develop alternative future-state approaches, and facilitate implementation.
Qualifications
* 10 years of applicable experience in software development.
* Experience in developing web-based applications with a focus on large user bases and complex data.
* Proficient in Development of Multi-Tier applications using frameworks like MVC.
* Experience working with UI frameworks and data analysis tools.
* Knowledge and experience with Test Driven Development.
* Effective communication and listening skills.
