Product Developer Learning Systems

Location: 100% Remote
Department: Information Technology

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Developer to join our IT team and support the design, development, and integration of learning systems applications and third-party products. This role will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, reliable solutions that support our organization's learning and training goals. The Product Developer will be responsible for coding, testing, documentation, and ongoing support, and will provide regular status updates to IT leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and implement learning system applications and third-party integrations in accordance with business requirements and development best practices.
  • Analyze application performance and resolve any deficiencies or bugs.
  • Follow and contribute to coding standards that ensure maintainability and team collaboration.
  • Modify existing software and system architecture to address evolving business needs.
  • Participate in code reviews, team development meetings, and collaborative planning sessions.
  • Provide weekly status reports to IT supervisors regarding project progress and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to support seamless system integration.
  • Maintain professional work habits including timely communication, meeting participation, and respectful collaboration.

Salesforce-Specific Responsibilities:

  • Work within Salesforce architecture and related platforms, including but not limited to:
    • Sales Cloud
    • Service Cloud
    • Experience Cloud
    • Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
    • CPQ
    • CRM Analytics
  • Utilize Salesforce tools and languages such as:
    • Flow
    • Apex Triggers
    • Lightning Web Components
    • Visualforce
    • SOQL
  • Integrate AppExchange and third-party solutions for capabilities like:
    • Document generation
    • Electronic signatures
    • Form builders
    • Surveys

Required Qualifications:

  • Certifications:
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator
    • Salesforce Platform Developer I
  • Education:
    • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 4 years in the high-tech industry, product engineering, or IT roles
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Salesforce Certified App Builder
    • Agentforce Specialist
    • Salesforce Application Architect certification
