Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced BSA to join our IT Digital Enablement and analysis team. In this role, you will manage the creation of a Universal Product Master leveraging the Oracle Product Data Hub within Oracle Fusion Cloud (and related tools like ETLs, MDMs, etc.) you will play a pivotal role in driving digital enablement within our organization. The role involves analyzing and documenting business processes, gathering requirements, and designing, and implementing technology solution to meet the business needs. This position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills and a good understanding of business and technology. This person will support the Business Analyst by driving, training, and providing ongoing support for implemented systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with the Business Analyst to execute the project
- Providing technical expertise to complement the BA's business expertise
- Experience in data cleansing, transformation, and rollout
- Ability to write technical specifications
- Participating in all project phases including testing, implementation, and support
- Familiarity with coding and understanding of the 'art of the possible' to provide valuable input.
- Preferred skills include:
3-4 years of experience in data mastering projects
Experience with tools like Informatica, PDH, Oracle PDH, Oracle EDQ, Mulesoft, OIC
Understanding of data formats and structures, not just specific tool expertise
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the BSA to plan and execute the new oracle product data hub and related solutions for managing product data.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and streamline business processes related to product data management.
-Participate in testing, implementation, and support activities for the oracle product data hub.
- Stay updated in industry best practices and emerging technologies related to product data management.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
