Job Title: AI Product Manager/AI Program Manager

Location: Remote

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative AI Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of AI-driven products and solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business, engineering, and data science teams, translating complex AI capabilities into products that solve real customer problems and drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, design, marketing) to deliver AI solutions on time and within scope.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and use cases for AI/ML models.
  • Stay up-to-date with AI trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities.
  • Drive product discovery, including user research, prototyping, testing, and iteration of AI products.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, feasibility, and user feedback.
  • Ensure AI products meet ethical standards, regulatory compliance, and fairness principles.
  • Measure product performance and impact using KPIs, analytics, and user feedback.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally and advocate for user-centric AI solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3 7+ years) in product management, preferably in AI/ML, data-driven, or technology products.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or related fields.
  • Experience working closely with data science, engineering, and UX teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with AI platforms and cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure AI).
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, FinTech, HealthTech, or other AI-centric domains.
  • Product sense and ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
