Role: Senior Backend Software Engineer POS Platform
Location: Charlotte, NC
Work Model: Hybrid Tues & Wed onsite
Candidates must already be in the Charlotte, NC area OR willing to relocate and be onsite from Day 1

Duration: Long-term Contract
Rate: $60/hr W2
Interview Process: 2 3 rounds (depending on candidate pool)

Responsibilities

Partner with Lead Engineers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to deliver backend solutions for POS platform
Design scalable, reusable backend services for multiple consumers
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Strengthen automated testing to ensure stable releases
Participate in full SDLC using enterprise standards and best practices
