Job Details
As a Lead IBM ODM Developer, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.
Experience: - 8+ Years
Location: - Brentwood, TN (Day1 Onsite) - Hybrid
Educational Qualifications: -
- Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
Responsibilities: -
- Good understanding of US HC, especially on RCM (revenue cycle management), clinicals (medications, orders, labs, etc.)
- Should have a working experience in Agile methodology
- Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Able to plan/track tasks/activities.
- Technical leadership and mentoring.
- Excellent team player with strong communication, inter-personal, presentation skills.
- Experience in working with multi-location and offshore teams.
Mandatory skills: -
- Java, ODM or Experience in Rules engine Java 8, ODM, Spring boot, Spring core, Hibernate, Microservices
Good to have skills: -
- Experience with Kafka, Elastic search, Jenkins, GIT, Jira
