Title : Project Manager
Location : Lee's Summit, MO
Job Description:
- Lead project teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
- Oversee all aspects of the project including safety, quality, cost, schedule, engineering, and documentation.
- Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams.
- Track and report project progress, cost, and performance.
- Manage contracts and change orders.
- Participate in large capital project estimates/proposals.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to project team members.
- Identify and share lessons learned for future improvement.
Must-Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction, fabrication, or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
- Proven experience managing safety and quality in project execution.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience working in oil & gas, chemical, or power industry projects.
- Background in engineering or construction management.
