We're seeking experienced NICE CXone Architects to join our growing team across North America. What You'll Do:-
Architect and implement robust NICE CXone solutions to enhance and streamline customer interactions

Define and drive architecture and integration strategies in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders

Lead technical design and execution in API configuration, Studio scripting, and system integrations

Establish and enforce best practices for deployment, scalability, and maintainability

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that drive operational efficiency and CX innovation

10+ years of experience in contact center and customer experience technologies

Deep expertise in NICE CXone, including Studio, APIs, WFM, QM, and analytics integration

Proven track record in technical leadership and strategic solution delivery

Strong knowledge of cloud-based contact center infrastructure and third-party integrations

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

NICE CXone certifications (e.g., CXone Certified Implementation Engineer)

Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, Zendesk) and CTI integrations

Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps tools
