About the Role:

We're seeking experienced NICE CXone Architects to join our growing team across North America. If you're passionate about customer experience transformation and bring deep, hands-on expertise in NICE CXone, this is your opportunity to architect next-generation contact center solutions that make a real impact.

What You'll Do:
  • Architect and implement robust NICE CXone solutions to enhance and streamline customer interactions

  • Define and drive architecture and integration strategies in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders

  • Lead technical design and execution in API configuration, Studio scripting, and system integrations

  • Establish and enforce best practices for deployment, scalability, and maintainability

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that drive operational efficiency and CX innovation

What We're Looking For:
  • 10+ years of experience in contact center and customer experience technologies

  • Deep expertise in NICE CXone, including Studio, APIs, WFM, QM, and analytics integration

  • Proven track record in technical leadership and strategic solution delivery

  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based contact center infrastructure and third-party integrations

  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:
  • NICE CXone certifications (e.g., CXone Certified Implementation Engineer)

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, Zendesk) and CTI integrations

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps tools
