Job Details

We re seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to join our client s team in the Environmental and Technology Services sector. In this role, you ll design and build scalable applications that support both internal teams and external users, while driving automation to improve efficiency across the organization. You ll collaborate closely with IT, Product, and Development teams to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions. This is an onsite opportunity working in office Monday Friday.

FTE - $110K -$115K DOE

Direct Hire Onsite Monday Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in daily SCRUM meetings with your team.
  • Collaborate on system design, algorithms, and architectural diagrams.
  • Build, test, and deploy new features to enhance our core product.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Integrate third-party applications and services.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve technical issues.
  • Gather and evaluate user feedback to drive improvements.
  • Lead and support software development projects, including planning, scheduling, and delivery.
  • Contribute to technical documentation for internal and external use.

Qualifications:

  • Strong JavaScript foundation with proficiency in Node.js (NestJS a plus) and React.js/TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful API design (GraphQL a plus).
  • Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
  • Confident with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with Git for version control and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems, bash/zsh, and SSH.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
  • Background in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes a plus).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, regression testing, and push-button deployments.
  • Experience with messaging broker solutions (RabbitMQ a plus).
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without any sponsorship.
  • Must copalite a full background check and drug screening up hire.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience deploying and managing apps in Kubernetes.
  • Strong SQL skills: query optimization and performance tuning.
  • Exposure to Redis or Elasticsearch.
  • Track record of leading or mentoring on development projects.
