RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Sterling, VA that is seeking an IT Operations & Support Manager.

Responsibilities:
* The IT Operations & Support Manager will manage and oversee the company's IT operations, including infrastructure, network, and systems
* Work with external consultants and MSPs, including Drawbridge and Charles River, to ensure seamless IT support and services
* Lead the upgrade and expansion of IT infrastructure, including firewalls, Wi-Fi routers, and VPN setup
* Ensure SOC 2 compliance and lead the SOC 2 process by 2026
* Provide hands-on support for Active Directory, MS Office 365, and QuickBooks
* The IT Operations & Support Manager will collaborate with the team to build out the new office space and implement necessary IT solutions
* Support the company's growth and expansion plans, including the move to a larger office space

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8-10 years of experience in IT operations and management
* Strong knowledge of SOC 2 compliance and experience with the SOC 2 process
* Experience managing MSPs hosted in Azure
* Hands-on experience with network infrastructure, including firewalls, Wi-Fi routers, and VPNs
* Proficiency in Active Directory, MS Office 365, and QuickBooks
* Strong work ethic, professionalism, and a dynamic approach to problem-solving
* Ability to work onsite at least 3 days per week (hybrid work model)
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
