Title: Workfront Admin
Location: Remote (PST Zone)
Long term contract
Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Workfront to align with the organization's project management processes and requirements.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels within the Workfront system.
Provide training and support to users on how to effectively use Workfront, including best practices and troubleshooting assistance.
Integrate Workfront with other systems and tools used within the organization.
Perform regular maintenance tasks, updates, and upgrades to ensure the smooth operation of the Workfront platform.
Generate reports and dashboards to track project progress and key metrics.
Customize and enhance Workfront to meet evolving business needs, such as creating custom workflows or automating processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Prior experience as a Workfront Administrator or similar role.
Proficiency in configuring and managing Workfront or similar project management tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
