This is a Level 3 (L3) role, requiring candidates to not only manage escalations but also proactively address infrastructure challenges and ensure seamless platform performance. Candidates with a robust background in both Relativity and infrastructure are needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in maintaining and optimizing the Relativity platform for high availability and performance.
  • Addressing and resolving issues related to Relativity Servers without external dependencies.

Infrastructure Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of infrastructure components, including load balancers, IIS, firewalls, and network configurations.
  • Managing communication flow from the Internet to firewalls, through load balancers, to IIS, and ensuring appropriate ports are open or closed.
  • Expertise in platform and infrastructure integration to ensure smooth operations.

Data Flow Management:

  • Designing and troubleshooting data flows, especially when dealing with external connections (e.g., data outside).
  • Ensuring secure and efficient data exchange between systems.

Problem-Solving and Escalation Management:

  • Acting as the final escalation point for complex issues related to Relativity and infrastructure.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks or vulnerabilities in the system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Relativity Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with Relativity (Rel) Servers, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of Relativity platform architecture and best practices.

Infrastructure Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting load balancers, IIS, firewalls, and network configurations.
  • Understanding of data flow and communication pathways (e.g., Internet Firewall Load Balancer IIS Ports).
  • Experience with platform and infrastructure integration.
  • Candidate should have experience on Linux (either Redhat or Ubuntu)

Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and associated infrastructure components.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Should have the working experience with Docker containers or Kubernetes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with external data connections and managing secure data flows.
  • Familiarity with or similar eDiscovery platforms is a plus.
  • Certifications in Relativity or infrastructure-related technologies are highly desirable.

Additional Notes:

While this is an L3 role, candidates must have a strong infrastructure background in addition to Relativity expertise.

Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate hands-on knowledge during the interview process.
