Salesforce technical Architect 35 hrs per week
Hybrid at Providence, RI for 3 days a week
The job is to assist in collaborating with agency leadership, vendor implementors, project teams to review technical architecture of proposed Salesforce solutions, enforce best practices and standards, and adherence to ETSS policies and protocols.
Education: Graduation from a college of recognized standing with a bachelor s degree
in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or a closely related field such
as Business Management or Public Administration supplemented by completion of
specialized information technology and research training courses; and
Experience:
* 5+ years of Salesforce CRM experience as an architect, or a combination
of architect and implementor utilizing Public Sector Solutions cloud.
* Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite.
* Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable
performance-driven solutions.
* Understanding of best data migration practices for large data sets and
best practices for migration.
* Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these
work into platform architecture.
Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth).
* Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce
with different business systems.
* Strong understanding of environment management, release management,
code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.
* Experience with platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL).
* Expert-level experience defining the system architecture landscape,
identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a
comprehensive solution that will enable the achievement of the desired
business outcomes.
* Ability to identify best practices for integrations and tool sets.
* Salesforce Certified Technical Architect is preferred
