Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to financial planning and analysis while supporting a leading organization in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive financial analysis and reports to support P&L and balance sheet metrics.
  • Maintain an efficient planning process and coordinate key deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Develop tools and templates for financial consolidation and reporting.
  • Manage the reporting of monthly financial performance metrics, including sales and expense variances.
  • Provide financial support to marketing teams, assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Conduct month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy in journal entries and revenue tie-outs.
  • Perform ad hoc financial modeling and data analysis for senior management.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of finance experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
  • Familiarity with Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
  • Background in global marketing finance support.
  • Experience in manufacturing finance roles.
