Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Product Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams in a creative environment focused on product development.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development of products, ensuring timely communication with vendors and internal teams.
  • Monitor the overall development process for the product line, acting as the main point of contact for development details.
  • Create and update seasonal development charts, work-in-progress reports, and readiness decks.
  • Track development timelines to ensure execution aligns with project deadlines.
  • Communicate design development details effectively to all stakeholders.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product design or development.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to quick changes in priorities and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Centric PLM or similar product lifecycle management software.
  • Prior experience in product development within the retail or fashion industry.
  • Familiarity with Bill of Materials and costing charts.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
