About the Role:
AaraTech Inc is seeking a Business Analyst to support project teams with requirement gathering, documentation, process understanding, and coordination. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want to grow in business analysis, gain hands-on experience, and work closely with senior analysts, product owners, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Create and maintain documentation such as user stories, use cases, process flows, and meeting notes.
  • Support stakeholders by capturing business needs and translating them into actionable items.
  • Work with senior analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies like standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Conduct basic data analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making.
  • Help coordinate UAT by preparing test cases, tracking issues, and collecting feedback.
  • Maintain project artifacts in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or SharePoint.
    Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical/IT role.
  • Understanding of requirement gathering, workflow analysis, and documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), JIRA, or Confluence.
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
