1. IT System Analyst
Location: Washington DC Onsite
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Required)
- Master's degree (Preferred)
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an IT Systems Analyst or similar role
- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing, designing, and implementing technology solutions
Technical and Functional Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages including Python and Java
- Experience with developing and maintaining web interfaces using modern frameworks and technologies (e.g., React, Angular, or similar)
- Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL databases, including:
- Database modeling
- SQL querying
- Performance tuning
- Data migration
Preferred Skills:
- Experience gathering and documenting system requirements, creating specifications, and performing impact analysis
- Familiarity with report automation methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to liaise effectively between business stakeholders and technical teams
