Job Details
We are seeking a Contract Product Manager to support several critical value streams including Customer Experience, Technology and Infrastructure, Sales Audit and Integrations. This role will be instrumental in driving discoveries, cross functional alignment with internal and external teams for high impact initiatives, including Epic-level work across the Front of Stores portfolio.
Minimum Qualifications (Requirements):
5-10 years of Product Management experience in technology or retail environment preferably with complex software and hardware integrations
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent IT Delivery skillset / training / experience
Proven experience leading cross functional Epics involving product, engineering, IT infrastructure and business stakeholders
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working closely Product Management Managers, Product Owners, Engineers and Release Train Engineer (RTE)
Experience working as part of an Agile Release Train (ART), actively participating in ART and Scrum team ceremonies.
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills and documentation skills, ability to simplify complex topics for business and technical audiences
Strong networking and influencing skills
Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
Comfortable working independently and driving clarity and execution inambiguous or fast paced environment
Proficient with common tools: Jira, Confluence, MS products (Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience within the retail industry, particularly in Point of Sale and Payments.
Ability to define business case details, including quantifying business value, assessing feasibility, identifying risks and dependencies, and articulating how initiatives align with strategic goals
Exposure to stakeholder alignment work, including backlog grooming, cross team dependencies, or intake management process
Additional Qualifications (Preferences):
Power BI
Capability to think strategically and drive long-term vision
Understanding of how enterprise software products are developed and delivered in a complex organizational environment.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that align with both technical and business objectives
