Sharepoint Online Lead Developer

We are seeking an experienced Office 365 / Sharepoint Online Lead Developer with over 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint development, with an emphasis on Power Automate and Power Apps, including premium connectors, custom Power App forms with validations, cross-browser compatibility, and multi-device support for the UI.

The Office 365 /Sharepoint Online Lead Developer will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of Sharepoint Online Applications, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Office 365 solutions using SPFx, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), jQuery, and React.

Develop and customize Power Apps with premium connectors, ensuring robust custom validations, cross-browser compatibility, and support for multiple devices.

Manage and maintain the SharePoint environment, ensuring its reliability, security, and performance.

Create and optimize Power Automate workflows to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Develop and manage Power BI reports to support business decision-making processes.

Integrate SharePoint with other systems and applications, including Office 365 and third-party tools like Nintex.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

Ensure best practices and standards are followed in SharePoint and Office 365 development and administration.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint applications and services.

Stay updated with the latest SharePoint and related technologies, and proactively recommend improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in SharePoint Online development.

Expertise in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) with a focus on premium connectors and custom Power App forms.

Experience in customizing PnP Search web parts

Experience with React for building user interfaces.

Experience in developing and managing Power BI reports.

Strong knowledge of SPFx (SharePoint Framework) for building custom SharePoint solutions.

Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.

Experience with React for building user interfaces.

In-depth understanding of SharePoint architecture, security, and governance.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with other Office 365 services and integrations.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Having experience in creating and maintaining SPFx solutions.
