Job Details

Job Title: SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)
Contract: 12 Months (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Hybrid – Must be in or willing to relocate to one of the following hubs (Cincinnati preferred):
Cincinnati, Boca Raton, Chicago, San Jose, Charlotte, Portland
Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card holder only (No sponsorship)

Required Skills:

  • Automated testing (frontend, API, data)

  • Test plan development & test data management

  • Cloud testing (AWS, Azure)

  • Agile methodologies

  • Programming (e.g., Java, Python)

Preferred Skills:

  • Docker, Kubernetes

  • CI tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

  • DevOps exposure

  • MAWM experience a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain automated test frameworks

  • Create and execute test plans and scripts

  • Collaborate with dev, QA, and product teams

  • Report and track defects; ensure timely fixes

  • Support test environment setup and data needs

Initial Process:

  1. Video prescreen (5 questions + short game – 30 mins)

  2. Technical phone screen (15–20 mins)

    **Interview Process:** - Initial screening and resume review. - Technical assessment and coding test. - Behavioral interview and team collaboration exercise. - Final evaluation and offer extension.
