Job Title: iOS Engineer (BACJP00215689)
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid-3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 12 Month contract with Possible extension
W2 without benefits (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)
NOTE: Local candidates - no relocations. Full On-Site OR Hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week. Day 1 will be onsite.



POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking to hire a talented iOS Engineer to design, build, and maintain the next generation of iOS applications. Your primary focus will be developing high-end iOS applications for the latest Apple mobile devices. Your duties may include collaborating with the design team for new application features, identifying and fixing application bottlenecks, maintaining the core code, and updating applications published on the App Store.
To ensure success as an iOS Engineer, you should have a strong working knowledge of iOS Frameworks, be proficient in Objective-C, Swift Swift UI and be able to work as part of a team. Ultimately, an outstanding iOS developer should be able to create functional, attractive applications that perfectly meet the needs of the user. Typically requires minimum of 5 years of experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in computer science or master's in software engineering.
Typically requires 5-7 years of experience.
5+ years of experience in iOS Development using Swift and/or Objective C.
Must have experience writing automated tests using frameworks like Appium
Collaborating with the design team to define app features.
Participate in design review with middleware team and coordinate with business on the functionality.
Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications.
Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks.
Fixing application bugs before the final release.
Maintaining the code and atomization of the application.
Designing and implementing application updates.
Designing; building and maintaining next generation iOS mobile applications.
Collaborating with the design team to define app features.
Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications.
Proven experience as an app developer.
Proficient in code versioning tools including Git, Bitbucket.
Familiarity with Biometrics, push notifications, usage of Camera API's, etc.


DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Experience with continuous integration Unit tests.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong focus on troubleshooting and issue resolution.
