Title: SAP Training Support Coordinator

Duration: 6++Months Contract (Possible Extension)

Location: Maplewood, MN - 100 % Remote

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a highly skilled Business Training and Communication Specialist to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP S4 Hana / ECC, Ariba Guided Buying, excellent communication skills, and prior experience as a Super User or Trainer.
  • This role is essential in developing and delivering training and communications programs that support the Solventum deployment of SAP S4 Hana.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Development and Delivery:

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs on SAP S4 Hana.
  • Create engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees at various levels, ensuring they gain a thorough understanding of SAP S4 Hana functionalities.

Communication and Education:

  • Develop clear and effective communication strategies to promote training programs and initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and webinars to educate employees on best practices and new features of SAP S4 Hana systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees, addressing any questions or concerns related to SAP S4 Hana systems.

Super User and Trainer Experience:

  • Leverage prior experience as a Super User or Trainer to provide expert insights and practical knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes.

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP S4 Hana / ECC and Ariba Guided Buying.
  • Proven experience as a Super User or Trainer in SAP systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing learning modules.
  • Familiarity with other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Education:
