Job Details
Our client is looking for two (2) Solution Architects depending on workload needs, who will provide expertise and knowledge in integration, maintenance, and configuration of ServiceNow key elements and consulting services.
Term: The period of performance for the Contract shall be twelve (12) months from November 14, 2025, or upon approval, whichever is later, through November 13, 2026, with an option to extend for two (2) additional twelve (12) month terms.
Mandatory
Successfully completed at least four (4) ServiceNow ITSM implementations within the past ten (10) years."
Within the last three (3) years, at least two (2) successful ServiceNow ITSM implementations within a government environment."
At least five (5) years of experience providing business ITIL process re-engineering analysis within the past ten (10) years."
A minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects within the past ten (10) years."
At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design within the past ten (10) years."
Five (5) years of experience in the past ten (10) years using the ServiceNow Adaptive Implementation Framework (SAIF) and/or ServiceNow Implementation Methodology (SIM) is desired"
Five (5) years of experience in the past ten (10) years with ServiceNow Discovery tool configuring discovery probes and patterns, managing mid-servers, troubleshooting discovery issues"
Five (5) years of experience in the past ten (10) years with Software Asset Management (SAM) implementation software"
Five (5) years of experience in the past ten (10) years with CMDB implementation Integrate with multiple data sources, IRE, De-duplication, Stale data removal, Service Mapping"
Five (5) years of experience in the past ten (10) years building scoped applications create custom portal, custom tables, cross-scope data access"
