Our client is looking for a Product owner with a Long-Term Contract project in Jersey city , NJ below is the detailed requirement.
Job Title : Product owner
Location : Jersey city , NJ - Hybrid
Mode of Hire : Long Term Contract
Note: P&C insurance Domain exp needed
EXP: 15+ Yrs
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the product backlog for insurance data platforms and solutions.
- Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and engineering teams to translate insurance data needs into clear product features.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and integration initiatives support critical P&C functions (e.g. underwriting, pricing, claims).
- Prioritize features to deliver maximum value to users and ensure timely delivery.
- Act as the SME on insurance data flows, sources, and P&C insurance processes.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in data-focused roles.
- Deep understanding of P&C insurance products, data structures, and workflows.
- Proven experience with insurance data management platforms, data warehouses, or MDM solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
