Job Role: Observability Solutions Specialists with Datadog
Location: remote with travel ( Preference is East Coast)
1Contract-to-Hire 4-month contract with conversion to FTE)
Resource needs to be flexible to travel.
Highly skilled Observability Solutions Specialists with strong expertise in observability platforms and applied AI in observability. These roles will play a critical part in designing, implementing, and optimizing observability solutions across complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of observability platforms (Datadog preferred) across large, complex organizations.
- Apply observability and AI techniques to improve monitoring, alerting, and predictive analytics.
- Prepare and contribute to client-facing observability proposals, including solution design and cost models.
- Partner with business and technology leaders in financial services and healthcare to tailor observability solutions to industry-specific requirements.
- Deliver consulting services with a mix of 80% technical execution (implementation, integration, optimization) and 20% business development (proposal support, client-facing solutioning).
Required Experience
- 5 8 years consulting experience (with firms such as EY, Deloitte, Accenture, or similar strongly preferred).
- 5+ years hands-on implementation experience with observability platforms in enterprise-scale organizations.
- Deep expertise in Datadog products and offerings (additional observability tools a plus).
- Proven success in preparing and presenting observability proposals.
- Strong background in implementing observability solutions for financial services or healthcare organizations.
- Exceptional client communication and consulting skills.
