Job Title: SERVICENOW ITOM Implementation Architect /Consultant
Hours: 40 per week
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Remote
Visa: Successful applicants authorised to work in USA
Job Description:We are looking for an experienced ITOM Implementation Consultant to lead and support the implementation of ITOM solutions for Client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow, infrastructure/network management, and security architecture, ensuring alignment with client objectives and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities:-
Implementation Execution: Lead or participate in ITOM solution implementations, ensuring successful project execution across multiple engagements.

Infrastructure & Network Management: Utilize expertise in infrastructure and network management to enhance ITOM deployments.

Security & Architecture: Apply a deep understanding of security protocols and architectural best practices, with a focus on ServiceNow and ServiceNow Discovery.

BCSI & CMDB Support: Provide expertise in BCSI and CMDB tracks, designing sustainable solutions while ensuring compliance with security standards.

Oversight & Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards in ITOM implementations, providing oversight and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.

Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with teams, provide guidance to junior members, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in ITOM or SecOps implementations with successful completion of at least 2-3 projects.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality results.

Building trust with the CyberSecurity team will be a key challenge and may take time to establish.

This role is expected to start immediately and will follow an apprenticeship model, where the new resource will work alongside the current resource before fully taking over responsibilities.
