Workday Reporting Analyst

Introduction:

The Workday Reporting Analyst plays a crucial role in our team by designing and building Workday Reports, managing and prioritizing a Jira backlog of reports, and creating solutions that meet the needs of multiple clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence, data visualization, and financial services.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build Workday Reports
• Utilize the Workday Finance module effectively
• Create solutions based on client needs
• Visualize conversations in real-time
• Develop wireframes to discover new business requirements
• Manage and prioritize a Jira backlog of reports
• Communicate solutions from a customer perspective
• Utilize software development experience in the financial services industry
• Demonstrate strong data visualization skills
• Utilize business intelligence tools such as Power BI
• Explore the incorporation of AI into solutions
• Conduct business analysis and process improvement
• Solve complex problems using analytical skills
• Work with large sets of data
