Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Salesforce Scrum Master / Project Manager to support the Salesforce Land Team within a high-impact, multi-stream payment initiative. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating cross-functional efforts, driving agile practices, and accelerating the transformation of legacy payment processes into streamlined, automated systems.

This role is focused on one of two positions being filled on the team, specifically supporting Salesforce Scrum Master responsibilities. The initiative includes integrating Salesforce with existing systems, migrating data, and automating the manual payment processes used to compensate landowners.
The position demands someone who sees the big picture while managing the tactical day-to-day flow of work-keeping sprint boards aligned, refining process workflows, and fostering agile discipline.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Salesforce Scrum Master / Project Manager to support the Salesforce Land Team within a high-impact, multi-stream payment initiative. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating cross-functional efforts, driving agile practices, and accelerating the transformation of legacy payment processes into streamlined, automated systems.
Responsibilities
Agile Leadership & Scrum Facilitation
- Lead all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Drive backlog refinement sessions, ensuring items are clearly defined and prioritized.
- Own and manage the Kanban board, keeping work visible, organized, and flowing smoothly.
- Provide testing coordination support, including daily standups for UAT teams-working across business, system, and technical testers.
Strategic Collaboration & Program Alignment
- Support the broader Salesforce payment initiative and act as the Scrum Master for Leigh's team.
- Partner with multiple work streams-Salesforce integration, Data Migration, IRTH-and ensure all systems communicate effectively.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and leadership to maintain alignment with platform-wide objectives.
- Facilitate cross-team sessions and document agendas to guide collaborative planning and execution.
Dashboards & Reporting
- Maintain and refine JIRA dashboards and boards to enhance transparency, tracking, and delivery metrics.
- Provide insights and reports to leadership on sprint progress, blockers, and velocity.
