This position plays a critical client-facing role in delivering seamless, professional meeting experiences across departments and may occasionally require travel to regional office locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain A/V software and hardware to ensure reliability and performance across conference rooms and shared meeting spaces

  • Launch, test, and monitor video conferencing sessions using platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex

  • Coordinate and initiate video meetings across multiple office locations, including internal and external participants

  • Set up and support conference room tech (e.g., projectors, microphones, flat panel displays, control panels)

  • Provide onsite support during live video events and meetings, including technical troubleshooting

  • Perform preventive maintenance checks, system testing, and functionality reviews

  • Record and upload internal training sessions to intranet systems or digital libraries

  • Support in-office events requiring A/V setup (training sessions, town halls, receptions)

  • Maintain an organized inventory of A/V gear, including upgrades and replacement cycles

  • Create and update quick reference guides for end-user self-service and basic troubleshooting

  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure seamless network integration and issue resolution

  • Liaise with third-party vendors for A/V repairs or event support when required

  • Contribute to general IT support functions as needed (tier 1/tier 2)

Required Qualifications

  • 2 4 years of experience in corporate, legal, or professional services environments supporting A/V systems

  • Advanced knowledge of video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex)

  • Hands-on experience with A/V control systems, projectors, microphones, and flat panel displays

  • Working understanding of basic networking concepts related to A/V (IP, bandwidth, firewalls)

  • Ability to troubleshoot under pressure and support high-visibility meetings with professionalism

  • Strong customer service orientation, with clear communication and problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to work occasional overtime or flexible hours to support events or critical meetings

Bonus Skills

  • Familiarity with digital signage systems, event lighting, or room automation tools

  • Previous experience recording and managing internal training content

  • Exposure to IT service desks, asset management systems, or ticketing platforms

Location & Travel

  • Role is 100% onsite in Uptown Dallas

  • Occasional travel to satellite offices (within Texas and other U.S. cities) may be required

Why This Role?

  • Be the go-to expert for all A/V and conferencing tech in a fast-paced, people-focused environment

  • Work in a company that values professionalism, technical quality, and internal service excellence

  • Join a collaborative IT team that appreciates proactive problem-solvers with a calm, client-friendly approach
