Guidewire or other portal/API platforms
Experience:
o Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital projects, portal development, or API implementations.
o Experience in the insurance industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
o Familiarity with Guidewire or other portal/API platforms is a strong advantage.
o Demonstrated ability to manage digital projects to successful completion.
Skills & Competencies:
o Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) in a digital context. o Proficient in project planning, scheduling, and task management for digital initiatives.
o Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially for digital projects.
o Effective written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate1 digital concepts.
o Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities in the context of digital and API implementations.
o Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments on digital initiatives.
o Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) and potentially API testing tools.
o Basic understanding of web technologies, APIs, and digital architecture.
Certifications (Preferred):
o Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
o Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master).
o API or Digital related certifications are a plus.
