We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our team in McLean, VA. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and collaborative problem-solver with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, SQL, and cloud-native development. This position requires onsite presence and in-person client interviews.

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

  • 8+ years of experience in software development with strong knowledge in Java/J2EE, Web Development, and SQL.

  • Strong design, coding, and debugging skills for highly scalable, cloud-native applications.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Backend: Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Frameworks, JPA, Hibernate

  • Frontend: Angular, JavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS

  • Database: SQL, strong experience with writing and optimizing complex queries

  • Cloud & Containerization: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes

  • Tools & CI/CD: Git, Jenkins, Maven, JUnit, JMeter, Artifactory

  • Messaging: JMS, ActiveMQ or AMQ

  • Security & Code Quality: Fortify, SonarQube, Static Code Analysis

  • Automation & Infrastructure: Ansible, Gradle, Maven

  • Testing Frameworks: JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber (TDD/BDD)

  • Patterns & Architecture: Sidecar, Circuit Breaker, Ingress/Egress

  • Experience maintaining and evolving cloud infrastructure for web applications
